North American Power and Gas
This price excludes utility-related charges and taxes. North American Power and Gas sets and is responsible for the generation supply prices and charges that you pay. NAP's price may be higher or lower than the Local Utility's rates.
Contract Term & Expiration
The length of Customer's contract is
After the Initial Fixed Price Period, the price plan will automatically continue at a Fixed Price for a subsequent fixed price period (each, a "Fixed Price Period"), as set forth in the Renewal Notice. This Agreement will continue to be renewed at the end of each Fixed Price Period in accordance with the Renewal Notices until it is cancelled either by Customer or NAP in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
|Contract Renewal||NAP will send written notice of renewal ("Renewal Notice") 30-60 days prior to the end of the Initial Fixed Price Period and each subsequent Fixed Price Period. The Renewal Notice will include a summary of any new or altered terms along with Customer's new Fixed Price and Fixed Price Period and any other renewal offer options, as determined by NAP in its sole discretion. This Agreement will automatically renew at the Fixed Price for the Fixed Price Period as set forth in the Renewal Notice unless Customer notices NAP otherwise. In addition, Customers will have the right to cancel without paying an early termination fee within 7 business days after receiving the first bill after each automatic renewal.|
|Other Fees||If the Customer terminates this Agreement after the expiration of the Right to Cancel, Recission period and any Cure Period as described in the Agreement, and prior to the expiration date of the contract term, the Customer may be charged an early termination fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).|
|Right to Cancel||Subject to an early termination fee and the termination provisions in Customer's Agreement, Customer can cancel this contract at any time. Customer does not need to contact NAP to cancel. Customer can contact Customer's Local Utility to return to Standard Service or choose to enroll with another supplier to cancel service.|
